Great news! A few of the items have been edited and begun layout. It is currently in final editing stages! We are in talks with printers and hopefully the next update will be announcing when we will begin printing. Fingers crossed!

Hello Epic Backers!

Apologies for not putting out an update in so long. We have been hard at work! Catching up after the OGL announcement pause/delay. We are happy to say, We are in a very good spot now! The books have went to the editor! Yes, you read that correctly. Work on Dragon thrones is almost done! We have sent over all the books to the editor and he is hard at work crossing all the T's and ... you get the point. 

Once its Edited?

There is a lot, A LOT to edit. This process will take a little time and of course it will require a few updates on our end to make things perfect! Once that process is completed we will do a full review and narrow down a printer. We are so excited for Dragon Thrones! In the next update we will try and get a preview of a few items. No promises and it depends on how things line up time wise. 

We are moving along to the finish line!

Dragon Thrones Update February

Hello Epic Backers!

I am sure most of you are aware of the OGL announcement and updates. If you aren't, that's ok; a quick rundown is.  An OGL (open game license) update was leaked regarding changes to 5e, and it was no longer open source. Wizards put out a statement they would clarify and an update would come soon. (Which took quite some time)

When the update finally came, it was a long read, and we had to comb through it to make sure we wouldn't be impacted by it, because if it was possible that Dragon Thrones would be affected, we needed to know.  If all of the above doesn't make sense to you, don't worry, in short, we paused work on Dragon Thrones,  and now that we know that everything is fine, we have resumed work on Dragon Thrones. 

Just a delay, then? 

Yes, unfortunately, this delayed things as it was imperative for us to make sure Dragon Thrones was safe. We felt the best thing for us to do was to wait until we had a definitive answer, and now that we do, we are back full steam ahead. 

What now?

Now that writing, editing, and layouts have resumed, we are pushing forward in completing content and getting the Houses in order.  Next month we should have a more exciting update and a possible little teaser.

Dragon Thrones New years Update

Hello Epic Backers!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! We hope you had a happy and safe holiday season.  We are currently in the stage where there is less to report.  We are still working behind the scenes,  but during the holiday season  most places slow or shut down.  Now that the Near Year is here, we will be pushing everything full throttle forward again.

At the end of the year we like to reflect on what was accomplished, where we fell short, how we can improve, and what we did right. We strive always to learn and grow from success and mistakes, better our products, increase quality, service, and of course, deliver more Epic. We cannot say thank you enough for the support you, the backers, have given us. Freight, shipping, and fulfillment have been more challenging than ever. Thank you so much for being understanding and patient with us.

2023 marks a truly Epic milestone for Everything Epic, our 10-year anniversary. After 10 years, we are going strong and are even more passionate about games than when Everything Epic was founded. We are extremely excited to ring in the new year and will announce some truly Epic projects. Our 1st announcement to Celebrate our 10 year is a brand new logo! It can be seen at the bottom!  If you have been with us from day 1 or cracked your 1st Everything Epic product open yesterday, thank you, and we hope you are excited to see what we have planned for the future.

Dragon Thrones November Update

Hello Backers!

We are still pushing along with the houses. we came across some things we felt weren't up to the written standard we strive for and did a little re-working. We know this will make things more immersive for the best experience possible. 

We have been looking at both factories and fulfillment companies but have not set anything yet. The quotes we received we have not been happy with them and will continue to shop around to get the best prices.

As we roll into the holiday season we will continue to make progress and work toward completion. We hope you and your family have a safe and healthy Thanksgiving!
